Openings at Nurture My Future

At Nurture My Future’s Community Learning Center at Imota Ikorodu, Lagos, children would be able to come after to school to participate in educational activities while having fun.

The program is scheduled to take off in April and volunteers are needed to give at least 2 hours a day between 4pm and 6pm. Volunteers should be willing to spend time with the children, reading with them, teaching them to read and write, and encouraging them.

  1. Reblogged this on beneatheverydaysmile and commented:
This year one of my goals is to volunteer as much as I can……I registered at Volunteers in Nigeria and here is one opening. You can join me in doing this. Its really good to give in any way we can.

  2. I would love to be a part of this great movement. I have always loved children and working with them, their heart, innocence and trust is endearing and quite life changing as you see the world and situations with the eyes of a child who has no fears or cares in the world but a reasonable belief that somehow someway things will fall into place.they are our future :they are our heritage.
To see that smile makes your efforts more rewarding than anything else.I would love to serve.

  3. i hope it’s not too late to indicate interest..cos i’ll really like to get get involved. i’m registered already
